Without donations from the public we could not ensure the continued work of Chilterns Dog Rescue Society. If you are able to donate any amount it would be greatly appreciated - even if it is as little as £10. The money you give will help us to save the lives of dogs with nowhere else to turn to
Through our partnership with CAFonline, a leading donation processing agency, you can now donate online over a secure connection. Just click on the DONATE button below. Please remember to indicate if you are a UK taxpayer, as we will receive an extra 25p from the Government for every £1 donated under the Gift Aid scheme. Pledging your gift online is the most efficient way to support Chilterns Dog Rescue Society as it saves us time and money, and is quick and easy for you too. In 2023 we celebrated 60 years of rescue and rehoming work. In 2017 we moved into our purpose built premises. Completion of this major project has given us excellent facilities for the dogs in our care.
Membership
Membership of the Chilterns Dog Rescue Society means that you benefit from receiving Society Newsletters to keep you up to date with what we are doing, and to bring you news of just some of our re-homing success stories, because helping dogs is what we are about, all for just £12 per year.
It is an exciting time for the Society with the completion of our purpose built Rescue Centre at Bromley Heights. This provides excellent facilities for the dogs in our care well into the future.
You can apply for membership using our Membership forms. If you are a UK taxpayer, a Gift Aid declaration is included so we can claim any tax back that you have paid on your donation.
Contributions for the dogs we are pleased to accept
We are delighted to accept donations of towels however we are unable to accept other types of bedding such as sheets, duvets, pillows etc. Donations of unopened bags of dried food are also appreciated, but not raw food. We have limited storage so please call us to check whether we are able to accept donations at any given time.

You can now shop online and help raise funds for for Chilterns Dog Rescue Society! Fundraising Regulator
We have committed to the Fundraising Regulator Code of Practice. As a member of the scheme we follow this Code of Practice and comply with the key principles within those codes. The Fundraising Regulator will also act as an independent adjudicator in any complaint about fundraising practice which cannot be resolved under our own complaints procedure.
