Maple

Background: Maple cames into us when her owner's circumstances changed and they were no longer able to care for her.

Character: Maple is a highly intelligent, energetic and inquisitive girl who loves to learn and explore the world around her. She thrives on mental and physical stimulation and would happily spend hours out walking, training and discovering new things. Maple is a very enthusiastic dog who enjoys having a purpose and being given opportunities to use her brain. At times, she can become overwhelmed by her surroundings, which may result in barking, so helping her learn to manage these moments will be an important part of her ongoing development. With the right balance of exercise, mental enrichment and calm, consistent guidance, Maple has great potential to continue building her skills and confidence.

Looking for: Maple is looking for an active, experience home that can keep up with her high energy levels and provide plenty of opportunities for both physical excercise and mental stimulation. Her ideal family will enjoy long walks, training sessions and engaging activities that allow her to use her intelligence and inquisitive nature. An understanding of dog behaviour and the ability to recognise when Maple is becoming overwhelmed will be beneficial, helping her learn to settle and navigate the world at a comforable pace. With consistent training, patience and the right balance of activity and rest, Maple will thrive in a home that embraces her enthusiasm for life and is committed to helping her reach her full potential.
